IM service outage

We attempted to restart the jabber.org IM service this evening after installing some patches, but the service is not restarting. It should be restarted in a few hours.

If it's back up and running,how come I'm still getting an invalid password or unknown account error? I haven't been able to log in since I joined. Seems I picked the perfect day when everything crashed to get an account.

Did you tried to register with a CLIENT?

I mean, the website registration ISN'T a jabber registration currently.

Our drupal system isn't integrated into the jabber.org IM service.

So, You should try to register with a client - coccinella, psi, etc - and your website account is a different story.
